All sales made through this website are final.   This includes, but is not limited to:

• Guitar lessons
• Coaching sessions
• Courses
• Consulting services No refunds will be issued for any purchase under any circumstance.

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule an online lesson or coaching session, we are happy to honor a rebooking as long as a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled start time.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you miss the appointment, the session is considered forfeited and no refund or credit will be provided.
